January's "Spoiler"

Hopefully everyone or most of you have your yarns by now...the postal system seems to be cooperating a little better this month - guess it's not Christmas anymore :) Don't click the photo unless you want to see the yarn up close! Have you decided what to knit with this yarn yet? I'm working on another REIMS STOCKINGS (linked to Ravelry project) sock because I pretty much have the pattern memorized so it's easy for me to knit after a day of dyeing yarn :)

I haven't thought about February yet BUT I am leaning toward something Valentine-ish in colours. What does everyone think?

The colors for January aren't me, but I'm rather enjoying that it's forcing me out of my comfort zone. I'm also massively hooked on Cat Bordhi's spiraling coriolis.

Oh, oops! That can happen in sock clubs unfortunately but it does have the nice effect of getting you out of your comfort zone which can be fun too. Enjoy!

I agree with Valentine-ish colors :) Red, pink, white. Only Valentine's day is the 14th and I can't knit fast enough to have them done by then.

But whatever you pick will be FABULOUS!

I love the colors and it's not my norm! I have no idea what or when I will be knitting with this. I am currently finishing up #1 sock of "Tidal Wave" pattern and I'm using the Dali yarn. Very nice!!!

The colors for January are growing on me daily! So not to worry. I do think we all need to stretch a bit now and then....

You know my preferences for February - reds, burgundies, pinks, purples, white...

And besides, it's not just Valentine's Day - it's HEART MONTH! And National Wear Red Day on February 1.

Hmmm????
(((hugs)))

February's shipment will be my first and I hate to start off being a voice of dissension but I am feeling rather anti-Valentine's Day this year. That is totally my personal opinion but I thought I would speak up in case there were others feeling the same. But I'm sure I would love whatever is decided :)

I loved the Flaming June Colorway. the colors are just up my alley, but I haven't decided what pattern to use yet. The Reims looks rather inviting. I like the red valentine color theme for February. I just can't wait to see what you come up with!!
