Phew, I made the deadline! Yippee! Off they go and my DH is coming home early so we can get them into the mailstream tonight!
Those of you in Canada might even get your packages as early as tomorrow if you're in Ontario...and ahhhhhh, here's a small taste of the colours...don't you wish you could see the whole skein? LOL! Did I mention how much fun it is teasing everyone? LOL

Wow. How lovely.
Beautiful. I can't wait to get my hands on it and pet it. So excited!!!
Whew! I was a bit nervous when I saw the COLORS of the painting, but the shades you have selected are lovely! I can definitely see using this yarn with joy. I'll be haunting the mailbox.
Hee hee...ya, it's a bit of a "bold" painting but I picked out the colours that struck me and painted those onto the yarns and it wasn't all of them either because if you look at the painting close, there's phew, a ton of colours..LOL
hey roxanne. i already mentioned this on a group thread in ravelry but my yarn arrived today. (it's so wonderful living in ontario) the yarn is beautiful and i am so pleased with the wine country yarn as well.
thanks!!!!!!
i tried so hard not to look so I'd be surprised but I just couldn't resist. Gorgeous, and it looks like you picked the colors out of the painting perfectly
Lovely colors and can't wait for the yarn to arrive here. Love the story behind August's inspiration, which makes it even more special.
Wow, this is *really* nice stuff. It was waiting for me when I got back from the weekend. The colours are more exciting than on my monitor, and it is just so soft and smooth. Now to decide what to knit with it. Hmmm......
My yummy yarn arrived today!!!
(the one good thing about sitting at home waiting for the telephone repair man is that you get the yarn straight from the postman!)
Well done you!
It is lovely!
Thanks so very much!
